01About these terms

These terms describe use of Soundcheck, operated by Nikita Bondarenko as an individual in Poland. Contact mangmagic2@gmail.com for account help or questions about these terms. These draft terms are not yet effective.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age and permission requirements that apply where you live. If you cannot enter a binding agreement yourself, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required by law. Keep your login details secure, provide accurate account information, and do not impersonate someone else.

03Your content and permission to use it

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Soundcheck permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide the features and audiences you select, including transcoding or technical copies needed for playback. This permission ends when the relevant content is removed, except for copies retained for necessary legal, safety, backup, or technical reasons described in the Privacy Policy.

Only upload music, images, recordings, or other material that you have the right to share. Obtain permission from other people featured in your recordings. Choosing a private audience does not grant permission to use someone else's copyrighted work.

04Community standards

Do not share illegal content, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, private information without permission, scams, or spam. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and other child sexual abuse or exploitation are prohibited. Do not misuse reporting, evade bans, access another person's account, or interfere with the service.

05Reporting and moderation

Use the in-app Report and Block controls or contact mangmagic2@gmail.com. Reports may include a snapshot of the reported content. We may restrict accounts or remove content following review or when necessary for safety or legal obligations. You can contact support to appeal a moderation decision. Support is not an emergency service.

06Sharing and deletion

Check your publishing audience before sharing. Recipients may retain copies outside Soundcheck. You can request deletion of your account in Settings or by contacting support. If you own a group with other members, transfer ownership to an eligible administrator first so the group can continue.

07Availability and your rights

Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or security. Keep your own copies of recordings that matter to you. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Jurisdiction-specific terms, operator details, and any appropriate liability provisions will be finalized before these terms take effect.
