01Contact Soundcheck
Email mangmagic2@gmail.com. Soundcheck is operated by Nikita Bondarenko in Poland. Include your username, device type, app version, a description of the problem, and any relevant post or profile link. Never send passwords, login codes, signing keys, or private recordings unless support specifically needs them and you choose to provide them.
02Sign-in and recovery
For an email/password account, choose Forgot password on the Sign In screen. For Apple or Google sign-in, use the same provider account you used to register. If an invitation expires, ask the group owner for a fresh invitation. If you cannot recover your account, contact support from the account's email address where possible.
03Content and account help
For inappropriate content or behavior, use Report on the relevant item or profile. You can block a person from their profile. To appeal a moderation decision, email support with the relevant report or content reference. For account deletion, follow the Delete account instructions on this site or in the app.
04Urgent concerns
This support inbox is not an emergency service and does not promise an immediate response. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not send suspected child sexual abuse images or videos to support; send the relevant account or content reference instead.
